March Favourites & Manifestations! ✨ Nutrition, Skincare & Manifesting Your Goals

Hello souls, welcome back. Today I’m talking about my favourites for the month and some of the things I manifested.

Reflecting back over the month is a great way to learn more about yourself, how you processed emotions, dealt with situations, and to keep a track of your overall mood and wellbeing. It’s also a great way of reminding yourself about all the things you manifested and to get you thinking of what you’d like to manifest the following month.

To end March on a positive note, I thought I’d share with you not only some of the things I’ve manifested but also what I’ve been loving this month as well.

My March Favourites

Pro Writing Aid

I was looking for something that gave me more than the basic editing options of Word and I came across ProWriting Aid. This handy software can be used alongside Scrivener which means I can edit my entire Scrivener binder content without having to copy and paste or save it as a Word doc. ProWriting Aid has all the tools any writer needs to polish their work and what’s great is it highlights SO many issues that I guarantee we would have overlooked otherwise. It helps with sentence structure, overused words, passive voice, alternative phrases, and my favourite feature is the thesaurus. Use my link in the description box to try it out for yourself and get a free trial, plus I also have a 20% off coupon for you to use as well if you like the software.

Your Super Blends

I’ve been using Your Super superfood blends for over a year now and I love them. I use each of them daily interchangeably, but my favourite for this month has been the Super Greens blend because of how I’ve started using it. I’d been putting it discreetly into my smoothies but I wanted to be drinking it in the morning to get that boost when I wake up. Drinking it with water wasn’t very pleasant so what I’ve started doing is mixing it with apple juice and it is delicious! Your Super have a superfood blend for everything. I’ve tried a lot of different powders and blends in the past but these are affordable, all-natural, with no fillers and only good stuff. If you fancy trying them head to their website and quote Victoria Hope at the checkout to get 20% off your first order, or use the link below.

Pink Vitamins

Another favourite this month are these vitamins by Pink. I’ve been taking the L-Theanine Calm Caps and Vitamin C with Cranberry. The Calm Caps contain a blend of L-Theanine, Chamomile, Ashwagandha & Passion Flower. They’re great to take just before you go to bed and the quick release capsule has a soothing effect to help you drift off peacefully. I’ve also been taking their Vitamin C capsules which contain Cranberry and Hibiscus for Feminine health. Both are vegan friendly and what I love about this brand is that all their Vitamins are made for women by women. Not only that but a portion of every product sold is donated to charity.

Dove Glow lotion

If you’re signed up for my newsletter you’ll know I mentioned this product last week – if you aren’t signed up for The Weekly Vibe, what are you waiting for? If you’d like more positive, uplifting content and my personal note to you, straight to your inbox then click the link in the description to sign up (it’s free)  plus, I share my weekly favourites, a new essential oil with you every week, a weekly mantra and more.

This is the Dove Skin Glow Oil-In-Milk Body Lotion, a skin-illuminating body lotion for glowing skin bringing an instant healthy glow, 12-hour skin radiance and lasting moisture for all skin tones. It smells gorgeous, my skin loves it, it doesn’t have that tacky, sticky feeling because I can’t use anything like that, this is a great lightweight body lotion to put on after you shower in the morning to moisturise your skin and give it an instant healthy glow that looks so natural,

Garnier Nutri Bomb Milky Sheet Mask

These also got a mention in this week’s newsletter, and that is simply because I absolutely LOVE them. Garnier’s Nutri Bomb Milky Sheet Masks are my new best friend. I love taking some time out mid-week to use one of these or at the weekend. They’re easy to put on and leave them on for 15 minutes or longer. There’s so much serum left in the packet as well so don’t throw that away. I’ve been able to get enough out of it to last me almost a week afterwards, so you can apply that serum straight to your face and neck. Great value for money. One sheet mask has the equivalent of one week’s worth of serum and you can choose from the Almond milk one or the coconut milk one, both with hyaluronic acid for intense hydration and glowing skin.

My March Manifestations

This has actually been a great opportunity for me to reflect on this month and think about how I can be a more active manifester next month by setting more specific goals and getting clear about what I want.

I didn’t manifest anything big in March like I have in other months and because of this I wanted to make a point of mentioning it because I think we can all get a bit stuck in thinking every month we’re got to keep that momentum going, we’ve got to keep manifesting the next big thing and if we don’t then we’re doing something wrong. But, just because you haven’t manifested something big or life-changing doesn’t mean you haven’t manifested something equally as transformative.

Often we overlook the mental or emotional growth we’ve achieved when in fact, an improved mood or positive mindset might have been something you were wanting to manifest. For me personally, March was more about my emotional manifestations than my external ones. I did however manifest everyday conveniences, instant positive karma, and I was a lot more aware of how quickly just my thought of something alone manifested almost instantly somewhere or somehow in my life.
