Hello, souls welcome back! Today, I’m talking about something I’ve felt called to talk about recently and that is, what are you exposing yourself to?
I’m talking about as soon as you wake up in the morning to the minute you go to bed and every hour in between.
Firstly, let’s start with what a conscious co-creator is, what does that term mean?
Well, essentially it means that you are consciously co-creating your reality. You have to realise that this world is pure energy and we’re also energetic sponges. We both put energy out into the world and we receive it. In a sense we become a transmitter of energy or frequencies.
Be Conscious Of Your Conversations
I myself need a reminder of this sometimes. I catch myself saying something and I think, “Oh that’s why that keeps manifesting because I keep saying that.” That matters. That has a huge impact on the way you’re experiencing life.
Take a minute with me to breathe and drop it. Drop whatever it is that we’ve been holding on to that’s causing us anxiety. We’re just putting our thoughts aside and breathing in deeply. Really feel that in your tummy, and you want to be breathing into your core, into your tummy, not into your lungs. You want to have a big deep cleansing breath, so breathe in and exhale, and feel your tummy expanding every time you breathe in and feel it expand and contract with each breath.
When you exhale really allow that breath to slowly leave your body and imagine that when you’re breathing in you’re breathing in positive energy, and when you exhale you’re breathing out all of that negative energy. Releasing anything you’ve been holding on to just imagine it leaving and don’t have any attachments to it, don’t think about it, just let it go.
Take one more deep breath in, hold it for three, exhale and say “I am a badass.”
Morning and Evening routine
Now that we’re all calm and mellow let’s go back to what I was saying.
What is the first thing that you do when you wake up in the morning? and if it’s reaching for your phone please consider doing something before then. Resist that urge to do what you always do and pick up the phone straight away (don’t check social media straight away that’s the worst thing you can do).
When you wake up your brain is very fertile for manifesting. Even if it’s just five minutes, I think we can all spare five minutes of our morning even if it means (God forbid) getting up five minutes earlier in the morning, I think we can all do that.
The more you do this you’ll find that once you get used to it you’ll want more of that feeling because it’s it really puts you in a good mood. It really calms you and it gives you the opportunity to connect with yourself to talk with yourself. You can script your day, write your affirmations, or meditate. For me personally, I find 10 minutes of meditation in the morning is brilliant.
By the same token, you want to become aware of what you’re doing before you go to bed because I think it’s fair to say that in our modern-day world we’re all very overstimulated.
Before you go to bed is actually a great time for you to manifest what you want the next day to be like. You can script it out, or you can journal. Both of those are brilliant times to do that.
Have you been doing this?
Other things that you might be exposing yourself to that are not in alignment with who you are, would be things like the news.
I don’t think I need to explain that pretty much everything you see on there is negative. This is really geared towards sensitive people like the empaths who really absorb that negativity, it keeps us in a low vibration. If you’re somebody that always tunes into this, especially if you’re someone who every morning or before you go to bed you tune into the news, that is the worst thing that you could be doing. If you’re harbouring this negativity, if you’re living in fear of the world, you’re going to be saying things like,
The world isn’t fair.
The world isn’t safe.
I’m not safe.
The world is a terrible place to be.
The truth is, the world is not a terrible place and the more that you keep saying these things the more you’re going to see of that. Once you realise that, this is how you’re going to change your reality because if you don’t believe what you’re saying, if you don’t believe that it’s going to make a difference, then it isn’t.
If you want to live a better life, a happier more fulfilling, more abundant life please become conscious of what you’re exposing yourself to.
Please consider whether this is something that is benefiting you or not.
If it plays on your mind all day, if it keeps you awake at night, if it’s causing you nightmares, please ask yourself is it worth it? Is that making your life better? Is that making anyone’s life better?
If you want to change the world – rise higher
If you want to change the world you really have to rise higher, and that means you can’t be down in the murky waters watching these things that make you feel ill. You need to be up there vibrating higher, being a conscious co-creator.
Use your solar plexus chakra, use your gut as your intuition, use it as your litmus test on what is and is not in alignment with who you truly are.
The world is not going to stop turning if you stop watching the news. It’s not gonna not be there, but instead of feeding into that into that fear-based mentality, instead of feeding into that lower vibration and creating more of that in the world, if you wanna be a conscious co-creator you want to be consciously co-creating positivity.
I don’t just say these things because I don’t know what I’m talking about. I say these things because I’ve experienced all of them.
The person I am today is not the person I was five, six, even three years ago. Heck, the person I am today is not even the person I was last week or yesterday, because we’re always evolving and we’re always growing.
I want to help you become more conscious and more aware of this life. More aware of who you are so that you can live a better life, a more fulfilling life, and wouldn’t the world be a more amazing place, a more peaceful place if we all took responsibility for our energy and our actions? If we just became more responsible in general. That doesn’t mean we’re boring or we’re not having fun, we’re having more fun – but we’re doing it in a conscious way.
Maybe you’re feeling quite introspective right now after everything we’ve talked about. Maybe now is the right time to do some journaling, or meditate on those feelings, maybe you just want to go make yourself a cup of tea and read a book and just be gentle with yourself. Whatever it is, honour that feeling.
As always, I wish you a wonderful day. Take care of yourselves and I will see you next time.
